Carbophere Analytics was founded by Dr. Jad Diab, an engineer and researcher with a PhD in Thermal Plasma Engineering from Mines Paris – PSL.

With a multidisciplinary background spanning mechanical engineering, energy systems, and policy analysis, Jad has worked at the intersection of advanced technologies and sustainability strategies. His career includes:

  • Designing and optimizing plasma reactors for hydrogen and carbon black production in collaboration with Monolith Materials (USA).
  • Publishing internationally recognized research on plasma processes, turquoise hydrogen, and energy systems modeling.
  • Advising on national energy and environmental strategies, including contributions to Lebanon’s UNFCCC reports and sustainable policy frameworks.
  • Teaching and mentoring in engineering, energy policy, and system dynamics modeling.

At Carbophere Analytics, our mission is to bridge the gap between environmental responsibility and economic viability. We help businesses, governments, and institutions design strategies that are scientifically rigorous, economically feasible, and technologically innovative.

💡 From environmental assessments (ISO-compliant LCAs and EPDs), to system dynamics models for policy, to consulting on energy processes and plasma technologies, we deliver solutions that make sustainability actionable and profitable.

To ensure excellence across diverse topics, Carbophere Analytics collaborates with a wide network of PhD experts from Mines Paris – PSL and other leading institutions, whom we subcontract for specialized tasks whenever needed.
